Senior Email & CRM Marketer (Healthcare SaaS): Own the strategy and execution of lifecycle programs that turn database into pipeline and customers into advocates with an accent on nurture journeys, newsletters, ABM-aligned sequences, and customer lifecycle programs. Focus on developing segmentation logic, journey architecture, lifecycle infrastructure, and optimization using AI tools for personalization and content iteration.
Location: Hybrid role requiring three days a week in San Francisco or New York office

What you will do
- Build and execute full-funnel email and lifecycle programs across nurture, newsletter, ABM, and customer marketing, leveraging AI for segmentation, personalization, and content iteration.
- Own email/CRM roadmap, defining segmentation logic, journey architecture, and cadence rules for relevant touchpoints.
- Develop campaign briefs, timelines, and project plans for on-time delivery of nurture builds, newsletters, and lifecycle launches.
- Partner with demand gen and sales to create templated and triggered sequences for priority accounts with personalization and dynamic content.
- Collaborate with creative, product marketing, and customer marketing on messaging and assets for enterprise healthcare audiences.
- Manage deliverability, governance, data quality, performance metrics, and experimentation programs across key variables.
Requirements
- 4-8 years in email, CRM, lifecycle, or growth marketing, ideally B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
- Proven multi-touch lifecycle programs driving pipeline and revenue impact
- Strong project management and ownership for complex programs
- Deep familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and buying committees
- Hands-on with Braze, HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce; build journeys, debug workflows
- Strong copywriting, deliverability knowledge (DMARC, BIMI, list hygiene)
- Analytical skills with Salesforce/HubSpot/Marketo for measurement
- Experience using AI for lifecycle efforts like research, segmentation, copy iteration
