Enterprise Account Executive

Overview

hirify.global is a startup backed by Y Combinator and Index Ventures, focused on delivering innovative decisioning software to enterprise customers in financial services. The role involves expanding the enterprise customer base and driving revenue growth through complex sales cycles.

What you will do

• Sell decisioning software to large enterprise customers in financial services to meet revenue targets
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales pipelines from lead to close
• Drive outbound prospecting and qualify opportunities from marketing and BDRs
• Lead discovery sessions, demos, and executive presentations
• Collaborate with Customer Success for smooth handovers and upsell opportunities
• Use CRM and sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of sales experience with $300K+ ACVs
• Experience managing complex deal cycles of 6+ months
• Ability to build strategic relationships with senior and C-suite stakeholders
• Proven track record selling SaaS/software subscriptions to financial services or enterprise businesses
• English: B2 or higher proficiency

• Experience in early-stage startups (Seed - Series B)
• Knowledge of FinTech, data, or ML/AI landscape
