What you will do

• Coordinate project information, authorizations, documentation, budgets, schedules, and quality control.
• Develop pre-construction request-for-proposal packages and support project meetings, milestones, and monthly owner reports.
• Manage project processes including RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and subcontractor change orders.
• Establish project logistics, maintain safety standards, and support project closeout.
• Collaborate with the project superintendent and site operations team throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in commercial construction, including work with a commercial general contractor on mission-critical, data center, or clean room projects.
• Previous experience on commercial job sites is strongly preferred.
• Ability to learn and use project software including Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, and JD Edwards.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, collaboration, relationship-building, integrity, and adaptability skills.
