Project Manager - Construction

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States. Full-time on-site position.

Salary: $143,435.23–$163,925.98 per year

What you will do

• Organize and lead cross-functional activities across the full construction project lifecycle.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, cash flow, quality, communications, staffing, procurement, resources, and risk.
• Develop project budgets, extra work authorizations, change management processes, and invoices.
• Lead proposal development, project-specific marketing efforts, and client presentations.
• Plan staffing requirements and monitor project performance with senior managers.
• Serve as the senior on-site representative and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience supporting project delivery through preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Strong understanding of project contracts, terms, conditions, and scope of work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time on site in Seattle, Washington.

Nice to have

• Experience with BIM, Primavera P6, Procore, or e-Builder.
• LEED, DBIA, PMP, CCM, RA, or PE certification.
