Senior Program Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Buffalo, New York, United States

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage complex commercial aftermarket programs and coordinate activities across program elements.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements while delivering objectives within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop program plans and detailed schedules, monitoring cost, task completion, and program status.
• Coordinate with customers, management, operations, supply chain, engineering, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Lead or support proposal development and business capture campaigns to sustain and expand the book of business.
• Support process improvements and standard work implementation within Program Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
• At least five years of program management or similar experience, preferably in aerospace and engineering.
• Experience managing multiple programs, development schedules, cost, risk, and production program line of balance reporting.
• Knowledge of project management tools, including Earned Value Management.
• Experience leading proposal development, negotiating contracts, and working with operations, supply chain, and engineering.
• Requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
