Principal Solutions Architect, GenAI

What you will do

• Manage architecture strategies and roadmaps for multiple large and mid-sized business applications.
• Lead technical and functional solution architecture across cloud, security, risk, compliance, integration, DevOps, and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML and cloud-native technologies into business applications.
• Develop, adopt, and communicate architecture standards across the organization.
• Oversee architecture initiatives from design through execution, aligning solutions with enterprise goals and business value.
• Provide strategic direction to architecture programs and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading architecture, design, and roadmaps for large-scale business applications or functional technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end functional, logical, and physical architecture across multiple applications and geographies.
• Experience with secure AI integration, Agile and lean methodologies, EA/ITIL frameworks, and responsible AI standards.
• Experience designing hybrid environments that integrate on-premises and AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Advanced knowledge of SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, APIs, microservices, Open Data, and DevSecOps.
• Ability to work primarily from the office in Atlanta.

Nice to have

• Experience in highly regulated industries, including insurance.
• Knowledge of ethical standards and controls for Generative AI and experience implementing AI/ML models in large enterprises.
• Experience with insurance functions such as claims, billing, pricing, policy servicing, finance, reinsurance, actuarial, and data modeling.
• Passion for experimentation and emerging technologies such as predictive analytics.
