What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain lab test beds for complex security and networking features.
• Create, review, and manage functional, performance, integration, and interoperability test cases and suites.
• Execute manual and automated test plans and integrate automated cases into regression testing.
• Investigate field escalations, reproduce issues, manage bugs, and collaborate with support and development through resolution.
• Analyze product architectures and characterize performance and scalability issues in complex deployments.
• Lead QA deliverables for assigned projects and mentor junior QA engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in the security domain.
• Strong expertise with VMware, Nutanix, or OpenStack.
• Experience with proxies, firewalls, IDS/IPS, data protection, encryption, authentication systems, LDAP, and SAML.
• Proficiency in TCP/IP, HTTPS, SSL/TLS, key management, network configuration, troubleshooting, and multi-vendor environments.
• Experience with Python scripting, Wireshark or SnifferPro, test case management tools, and Bugzilla, Jira, or similar systems.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field.
