What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of software features, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Align business priorities, roadmap objectives, and delivery commitments with Product, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and dependencies while identifying risks, blockers, and delivery issues.
• Oversee backlog health and support sprint planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and execution metrics.
• Monitor production stability, KPIs, SLAs, service health, and operational risks.
• Develop scalable delivery practices and apply AI-enabled analytics, automation, and workflows to improve forecasting, risk identification, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex software delivery programs in Agile and Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and release management.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, managing dependencies, and reporting delivery metrics and operational performance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Ability to lead through change and adopt AI-enabled ways of working.
