Technical Project Manager

Location: NYC, hybrid, with at least 3 days onsite per week. hirify.global does not sponsor U.S. work permits or employment visas.

Salary: USD $100,000–$120,000 per year

An international consulting and technology group supporting end-to-end Data and AI transformation through management consulting, technological expertise, proprietary solutions, and applied research.

What you will do

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog work, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and remove technical, interpersonal, and organizational blockers.
• Work with Product Owners to keep the backlog clear and ready for upcoming sprints.
• Track team velocity and delivery progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Protect the team from distractions, interruptions, and unplanned requests during sprints.
• Turn retrospective feedback into concrete improvements for subsequent sprints.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum ceremonies and Agile software delivery.
• Comfort using Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD tools such as XLDeploy and XLRelease.
• Ability to work onsite in NYC at least 3 days per week.
• Must already have authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• CSM, PSM I/II, or PMI-ACP certification.
