Digital Project Manager (SaaS)

Location: Davidson, North Carolina, United States; onsite Monday through Thursday and flexible location on Fridays

Annual base salary: $75,700–$135,834.99

What you will do

• Manage multiple digital projects and strategic initiatives across the Digital organization.
• Support project and offering management for initiatives affecting annual recurring revenue, customer outcomes, and business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across product, engineering, commercial, marketing, and operations.
• Develop project plans, timelines, status reports, and action tracking.
• Align stakeholders on priorities, deliverables, dependencies, timelines, and decisions.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, drive resolution, and bring structure to complex or evolving initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, offering management, program operations, product support, or related technical or business roles.
• Strong project management, organization, prioritization, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and supporting initiatives with revenue-related responsibilities.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, connected solutions, SaaS products, or smart building technologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Airtable, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Experience with AI-enabled or cloud-based solutions.
