St. Louis Business Performance Improvement Intern - 2027 (Finance/Operations)

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, United States; hybrid work with in-person time in the local office and on client sites, including possible local or out-of-state travel. Interns must be available to work in the designated location during business hours for the entire internship.

Salary: $28–$38 per hour

What you will do

• Support client engagements across finance, financial reporting remediation and compliance, people and change, or supply chain and operations.
• Help align people, processes, and technology to improve efficiency, productivity, and business transformation.
• Assist with accounting, financial reporting, compliance, operational, talent, and organizational challenges.
• Evaluate, synthesize, organize, and interpret business data and information.
• Document findings, develop recommendations, and collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders.
• Participate in hands-on training, internal initiatives, and projects across different industries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Project Management, Supply Chain, or another relevant business discipline.
• Authorization to work in the United States for hirify.global without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Expected to be within one year of final graduation at the time of the internship and at least 18 years old.
• Experience using AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Copilot or GenAI.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking, creativity, analytical ability, and teamwork.
• Technical proficiency relevant to the assigned capability area, with foundational knowledge of accounting, finance, or organizational operations.
