Project Manager (Student Health Insurance)

What you will do

• Coordinate the implementation and reinstallation of new and existing student health insurance plans for colleges and universities.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate staff and activities across implementation projects and special client requests.
• Prepare project documentation, including updates, meeting notes, agendas, and tracking records.
• Manage client relationships, resolve implementation issues, and maintain a client-focused experience.
• Track post-implementation improvements and initiatives.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, provide updates, and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Strong organizational, time management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills, including the ability to lead meetings effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, independent, and willing to learn.

Nice to have

• Client-facing project management experience.
• Student health insurance experience.
