Project Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Cranbury, New Jersey, United States; travel up to 10% for event and video program management.

What you will do

• Lead internal and external meetings, guide project discussions, and align stakeholders.
• Review contracts, maintain accurate timelines and milestones, and adjust schedules and resources to keep projects on track.
• Maintain project documentation, KPIs, status reports, and revenue tracking by delivery schedule.
• Coordinate faculty recruitment and scheduling across multiple programs.
• Manage logistics for resources, events, and video programs.
• Refine standard operating procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5+ years of project management or similar experience preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, interpersonal, strategic thinking, conflict resolution, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF; familiarity with Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
• Proficiency with AI-powered tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, and Copilot.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for event and video program management.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workfront or similar project management software.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance.
