RCM Project Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, United States; onsite. Travel up to 50% is required.

What you will do

• Coordinate RCM initiatives and support subject matter experts, practice services, and RCM delivery teams.
• Use analytical tools to track key performance indicators, prepare reports, and create action plans.
• Collaborate on practice integrations, software rollouts, tuck-ins, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Build project plans and checklists, assign resources, manage deadlines, and define predecessors and critical paths.
• Identify project risks, develop solutions, and coordinate technical, operational, and practice leadership teams within budget and resource guidelines.
• Provide business analysis and due diligence support while maintaining working knowledge of RCM and relevant project management practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a community oncology setting preferred.
• Experience with customer relationships and process improvement.
• Knowledge of project management methodology; PMP certification or project management coursework is desired.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal direction.
• Working knowledge of OncoEMR and CPS/Unlimited Systems.
