Technical Project Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of concurrent customer implementations and maintain visibility into milestones, forecasts, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Lead complex strategic-account implementations from approved solution through launch, stabilization, closure, and transition to Customer Success and Support.
• Build and control integrated project plans, critical paths, baselines, stage gates, acceptance evidence, and change-control processes.
• Run implementation governance, including kickoffs, workstream reviews, status meetings, risk and decision reviews, readiness gates, and executive steering committees.
• Coordinate UAT planning, defect triage, retesting, sign-off tracking, launch readiness, and go/no-go discussions.
• Identify risks, resource conflicts, and recurring portfolio issues, then drive mitigation plans and recommend improvements to PMO playbooks and templates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in B2B software, healthcare technology, platforms, or technology-enabled services.
• Direct ownership of external customer implementations from post-sale handoff through launch, including multiple concurrent implementations or complex multi-workstream accounts.
• Strong experience with integrated planning, critical-path management, RAID management, change control, delivery forecasting, and executive governance.
• Experience coordinating UAT, defect triage, launch readiness, cutover, stabilization, and dependencies across APIs, integrations, data flows, identity, environments, security reviews, and testing.
• Ability to create accountability across teams without direct authority and communicate effectively with executives, engineers, operators, clients, and customer stakeholders.
• High discipline in maintaining project-management systems and portfolio reporting as the shared source of truth.

Nice to have

• Healthcare, digital health, virtual care, or other regulated-industry experience.
• Experience with EMR or clinical-workflow implementations.
• Experience coordinating pharmacy, laboratory, clinician-network, credentialing, licensing, or multi-state operational dependencies.
• Professional-services or client-delivery experience, tiered delivery-model experience, or PMP, PgMP, or equivalent training.
