Location: United States — Remote. Full-time work from home with occasional travel to offices or other locations; travel up to 15%.
Annual salary: $270,500–$334,100 USD, plus potential annual bonus and equity incentives.

What you will do
- Lead US medical strategy and tactical plans for LC-FAOD, MPS VII, and MPS IIIA across their lifecycle priorities.
- Develop and execute the UX111 US medical launch plan in partnership with Field Medical and Gene Therapy Treatment Teams.
- Lead US data generation, evidence dissemination, conference strategy, scientific symposia, and educational events.
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders and use their insights to guide advisory boards, payer education, and priority initiatives.
- Develop scientific resources, including slide decks, FAQs, and educational materials for US field teams.
- Provide medical expertise to global strategy, cross-functional programs, and promotional and non-promotional material review.
Requirements
- MD with specialty training in metabolic genetics and rare disease expertise, or PhD with substantial relevant experience in LC-FAOD and MPSs.
- At least five years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience, including US medical affairs.
- Leadership experience with complex, ambiguous, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical, strategic, organizational, communication, and scientific presentation skills.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and drive execution of complex projects.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 15%.
