Salary: $230,720–$345,000, plus incentive opportunity.

What you will do
- Lead launch strategy and preparation for all Global Medical Affairs deliverables for an inborn errors of metabolism asset.
- Develop the asset’s strategic vision and contribute to the target reimbursable product profile.
- Conduct annual data gap analyses and develop the product data generation plan across its lifecycle.
- Oversee global evidence generation, including Phase IIIB and IV programs, investigator-sponsored studies, and non-interventional studies.
- Lead core content, publication plans, manuscripts, presentations, symposiums, posters, and public scientific communication.
- Coordinate medical activities across US, European, Canadian, and international affiliates while collaborating with commercial, market access, payer value, early development, and clinical development functions.
Requirements
- MD, PhD, or PharmD with exceptional leadership experience in Medical Affairs.
- At least 10 years of Medical Affairs experience.
- At least 5–7 years of supervisory experience and a proven record of leading high-performing teams.
- Previous experience launching new medicines, preferably in rare disease.
- Extensive understanding of clinical development, commercialization strategy, products, competition, and the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong statistical knowledge, communication skills, change-management ability, and experience influencing stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
