Intern - Sales Operations (Reinsurance)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Support non-client-facing Sales Operations activities across the Life & Health Latin America portfolio.
• Manage client contracts, correspondence, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Update operational systems through timely and precise data entry.
• Assist with contract signatures and endorsements while meeting process requirements and deadlines.
• Prepare presentations and run reports to support decision-making and client management.
• Collaborate across functions in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or a related degree at a Brazilian higher education institution, with graduation expected in 2027 or later.
• Advanced English proficiency required for communication within the regional Latin America team.
• Availability for a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three office days per week in São Paulo.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a positive, solution-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with reinsurance concepts or the financial services industry.
• Spanish language skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
