Operations Management Intern (Summer 2027) (Manufacturing)

Pay range: $18.00–$37.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support production management personnel and participate in daily production meetings.
• Introduce, promote, and implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Use value stream mapping to analyze material flow, eliminate waste, and support process improvements.
• Support ISO procedures, quality assurance, and accurate customer order fulfillment.
• Assist with continuous improvement events, 5S activities, leadership assignments, and special projects.

Requirements

• Be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Operations or Manufacturing Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field throughout the internship.
• Demonstrate organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Access to controlled goods or technologies may require U.S. Person status for certain positions.

• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
