New York City Business Performance Improvement Intern - 2027

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work combining in-person work in local offices and on client sites with remote work. Interns must be available to work in the designated location during business hours for the full internship and may travel locally or out of state.

Salary: $28–$38 per hour.

What you will do

• Support client engagements across finance, operations, people and change, and supply chain and operations.
• Help develop solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, financial performance, and organizational outcomes.
• Analyze financial reporting, accounting, operational, talent, and supply chain challenges.
• Evaluate, synthesize, organize, and interpret data and information.
• Document findings and share recommendations with clients and project teams.
• Collaborate with teams and clients while developing technical and professional capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Project Management, Supply Chain, or another business major.
• Must be within one year of final graduation at the time of the internship.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for hirify.global without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience using AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Copilot or generative AI tools.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking, creativity, analytical ability, and technical proficiency relevant to the assigned capability area.
• Ability to work effectively independently and in teams, learn from feedback, and apply knowledge of accounting, finance, or organizational operations processes.
