Associate, Product Specialist, Global Private Equity Client Solutions Group (Private Equity)

Location: New York, NY, United States

Base salary: $175,000 per year, plus potential annual discretionary incentive compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Support the full private equity fund lifecycle, including fundraising and ongoing investor relations.
• Develop product expertise and create marketing, diligence, investor update, presentation, data room, and thought-leadership materials.
• Manage RFPs, DDQs, prospective and existing client requests, investor pipelines, dashboards, sales collateral, and performance summaries.
• Coordinate client meetings, events, global roadshows, webinars, and investor conferences.
• Source and analyze market, industry, and competitive research related to fundraising.
• Partner with Investor Relations, Investment Teams, Corporate Affairs, Fund Management, Legal, and Compliance to execute fundraising strategy and support client experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience, preferably in investor relations or business development at a private equity firm, investment banking, capital markets, asset management, alternative investments, placement, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and/or private equity required.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses required or to be obtained within 90 days of commencement.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint, strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities, work under pressure, analyze LP data, and use AI technologies to improve operations and decision-making.
