Private Equity - Program Associate (Private Equity)

Location: Dallas, TX, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $125,000–$135,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and retirement contributions.

What you will do

• Analyze and conduct comprehensive due diligence on primary private equity fund investments and direct equity co-investment opportunities.
• Evaluate companies, industries, private equity portfolios, and investment performance.
• Prepare due diligence materials and investment committee memoranda.
• Monitor existing investments through interaction with fund managers, annual meetings, quarterly financial reviews, and portfolio analysis.
• Support fund marketing, client requests, product development, and asset allocation analyses.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in top-tier investment banking or asset management programs.
• Excellent academic credentials, including undergraduate performance and GPA.
• Exceptional quantitative, analytical, judgment, critical-thinking, written, and presentation skills.
• Initiative, creativity, research ability, strong attention to detail, and effective multitasking.
• Team-oriented approach and willingness to work across a broad range of private equity projects.
• Must already be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
