Investment Associate, Private Credit Secondaries and Structured Capital Solutions

What you will do

• Evaluate private equity and credit opportunities across secondary and portfolio finance transactions.
• Build advanced company-level, fund-level, and GP-level cash flow projections and financial models.
• Coordinate transaction due diligence and prepare detailed diligence request lists.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials for internal investment committees.
• Develop and present independent investment views using market research and proprietary analysis.
• Engage with general partners, intermediaries, and other stakeholders, while monitoring existing investments and contributing to team knowledge development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; finance, economics, or accounting preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or private credit.
• Experience with complex transaction structuring, due diligence, and financial modeling.
• Ability to analyze multiple industry sectors and credit structures.
• Experience with fund or asset-level valuation, including NAV and cash flow-based assessments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with familiarity with legal structuring, transaction execution, and private-market risk assessment.
