Director, IT Delivery (Healthcare)

Location: Onsite/hybrid in the corporate Nashville, Tennessee office

What you will do

• Lead IT practice integrations and projects from due diligence through go-live and post-go-live stabilization, including anchor integrations, tuck-ins, and merger-driven onboardings.
• Build and refine an integration playbook covering discovery, planning, network and identity cutover, application onboarding, end-user readiness, and hypercare.
• Lead the enterprise Tech Refresh program for end-user devices, networking, wireless, servers, and supporting infrastructure.
• Own the ITSM integration and project portfolio, sequencing work, allocating resources, and balancing simultaneous integrations and refresh waves.
• Establish governance, reporting, risk management, executive communications, metrics, and KPIs for integrations and technology refreshes.
• Build and mentor a team of project engineers while managing budgets, vendors, integrators, managed service providers, and cross-functional IT workstreams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years leading integrations or large-scale infrastructure programs.
• Experience leading IT integration for mergers, acquisitions, and tuck-ins.
• Hands-on experience leading enterprise hardware and infrastructure refresh programs at scale.
• Experience working with internal teams, external partners, senior leadership, hardware vendors, integrators, and managed service providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong execution, collaboration, analytical problem-solving, communication, financial, strategic thinking, and leadership skills; PMP or an advanced degree is preferred.
