Los Angeles Business Performance Improvement Intern - 2027

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States. Hybrid work combining in-person and remote work; availability is required in the designated location during business hours for the full internship, with possible local or out-of-state travel to client sites.

Hourly rate: $28–$38 per hour.

What you will do

• Support client engagements across finance, operations, people and change, and supply chain.
• Help align people, processes, and technology to improve efficiency, productivity, and business performance.
• Assist with financial reporting remediation, compliance, accounting, and reporting challenges.
• Contribute to talent, employee experience, organizational change, and behavior-change initiatives.
• Analyze information, document findings, and share recommendations with project teams and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, human resources, project management, supply chain, or another relevant business discipline.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for hirify.global without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be within one year of final graduation at the time of the internship.
• Experience using AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Copilot or generative AI.
• Advanced verbal and written communication, critical thinking, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• Technical proficiency relevant to the assigned capability area and entry-level knowledge of organizational operations, accounting, or finance processes.
