Fund Services Plus Manager (Private Equity Fund Administration)

Location: Irvine, United States

Salary: $119,100–$239,300 per year, plus discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day fund administration engagements with a focus on private equity clients.
• Oversee capital calls, distributions, wires, cash management, quarterly reporting, year-end reporting, and other fund-level operating activities.
• Lead, train, and develop the Fund Services Plus team across fund accounting, operational, and reporting deliverables.
• Coordinate activities with offshore affiliates and work with internal and external auditors on annual audits.
• Review work papers, waterfall data, carried interest calculations, fee calculations, and credit facility, deal funding, and investor funding activities.
• Support client onboarding, quality control, technology implementation, and initiatives that streamline fund accounting functions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of fund accounting experience in the private equity industry.
• Strong knowledge of interpreting and applying Limited Partnership Agreements for private equity funds.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and fund accounting software, including Allvue.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, influencing, and client-management skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
