Manager, Private Equity Fund Services

Location: Frisco, Texas, United States; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $99,000–$191,260 per year

What you will do

• Oversee quarterly financial statements, investor capital statements, and general ledger support schedules.
• Review capital call and distribution calculations, notices, and compliance with fund operating agreements.
• Calculate and review complex waterfall structures, carried interest, and management fees.
• Manage relationships with fund General Partners, investors, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
• Complete regulatory forms, audit confirmations, investment agreement reviews, and liquidity or treasury requests.
• Lead, supervise, coach, and train seniors and associates while serving as a technical escalation point.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant accounting or related experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience, including coaching, performance management, training, talent acquisition, and retention.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Experience with forecasting and budgeting during an accelerated growth period.
• Strong multitasking, time management, attention to detail, planning, problem-solving, and professional communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with private equity accounting software such as Investran or Yardi is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with commercial real estate fund accounting, including property-level and ownership accounting.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or MSA in Accounting or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
• Experience with Investran or Yardi.
