Solutions Consultant - Business/Commercial Banking (Fintech)

Location: Remote - United States; travel: 50–60%

Base compensation: $160K–$175K plus bonus

What you will do

• Maintain deep product knowledge of business and commercial banking offerings, including cash management, treasury services, digital lending, and commercial account management.
• Deliver executive-level overviews and detailed technical product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Evaluate roadmap developments, update demo environments and scripts, and communicate upcoming capabilities to sales and client-facing teams.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert and support sales, marketing, technical, channel, and client teams with solution positioning and accurate communications.
• Lead contributions to RFPs and develop precise responses to standard and custom client inquiries.
• Gather client requirements, shape deal scope and structure, and coordinate with product and development teams for statement-of-work inclusion.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in digital banking, fintech, or financial services technology.
• Deep expertise in business and commercial banking platforms, workflows, integrations, and client use cases.
• Experience in product management, implementation leadership, commercial operations, solution architecture, or advanced sales engineering.
• Proven ability to design and deliver technically precise demonstrations for executive, operational, technical, and C-suite audiences.
• Strong understanding of credit union and banking operations covering business deposits, lending, treasury management, and regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

• Professional certification such as AAP, APRP, or CTP.
