What you will do

• Provide hands-on technical support to publishers regarding account configuration and troubleshooting.
• Assist in onboarding new publishers and ensuring successful integration using internal workflows.
• Manage daily tasks and client cases using Salesforce ticketing systems.
• Become proficient in internal tools including Looker, Confluence, and the Index UI support portal.
• Communicate with clients via email, tickets, and video calls, including participation in Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Contribute to internal documentation and stay updated on product releases.

Requirements

• College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 0-2 years of experience in Ad Operations or a similar role.
• Familiarity with ad technology concepts including ad tags, pixels, and HTTP protocols.
• Ability to read and write basic SQL queries.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript for troubleshooting purposes.
• Familiarity with data formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, and CSS.
