Senior Consultant - System Implementation

Location: On-site in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA; travel to client sites is required as determined by the project. Remote or hybrid work may be permitted for certain projects, but employees must report on-site when required by client needs or project scope.

Salary: $105,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

• Guide project teams through project setup, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Review project deliverables and provide feedback.
• Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead stakeholder interviews, client workshops, and other client meetings.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Contribute to mentorship, recruitment, strategy, and methodology improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in systems integration, implementation, SDLC, or project management.
• 3+ years of consulting or professional services experience.
• End-to-end SDLC experience covering requirements analysis, design, development management, testing, and delivery.
• Training in process or technology methodologies such as Lean Process Improvement, Six Sigma, Agile implementation, or Waterfall.
• Experience contributing to at least two package or custom solution implementation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field; proficiency with PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience in Media & Entertainment or Consumer Products.
• Experience at a large consulting firm such as Accenture, Deloitte, EY, Capgemini, or PwC.
