Sales Consultant Surgery (MedTech)

Location: Zug, Switzerland; field-based coverage of the Romandie region with regional travel required

What you will do

• Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Provide product consultation and application support to hospitals, surgeons, and operating room teams.
• Introduce product innovations and increase adoption of existing product lines.
• Plan and facilitate workshops and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Build long-term relationships with surgeons, OR staff, purchasing managers, and key decision-makers.
• Grow market share and provide high-quality clinical and technical support during product use.

Requirements

• University degree from a university or university of applied sciences.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in medical devices or a clinical environment.
• Experience in orthopaedics and/or surgery.
• Fluent French and English required.
• Strong customer orientation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with hospital procurement processes and clinical workflows.
