Talentpool: Medical Devices Sales Representative

What you will do

• Implement regional sales strategies and achieve sales and distribution targets.
• Prepare forecasts, business plans, reports, and analyses of market and competitor activity.
• Build long-term relationships with surgeons, healthcare providers, and other key customers.
• Provide technical assistance and professional support during operations, including preoperative consultations and intraoperative communication.
• Ensure the availability and management of surgical materials, consignment stock, and loan instruments.
• Train physicians and surgical staff and coordinate with logistics, customer service, and sales teams.

Requirements

• Completed degree or comparable qualification in a medical, scientific, or commercial field.
• Experience selling medical technology, ideally in spinal surgery.
• High technical affinity; surgical experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented approach to work.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory.
