Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead the execution of customer, joint-venture, and merchant projects from scope definition through closeout.
• Coordinate engineering design, equipment procurement and fabrication, construction, commissioning, and start-up activities.
• Control project budgets, schedules, resources, safety, reliability, and technical quality.
• Act as the customer’s primary contact for project communication and issue resolution.
• Support proposal development by defining project scopes, execution strategies, estimates, and resource requirements.
• Report project progress, risks, achievements, and issues to EPC management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project execution teams and external customers, contractors, vendors, partners, and authorities.
• Ability to lead project teams, coordinate resources, and exercise sound judgment in resolving scope and delivery issues.
• Capability to manage budgets and schedules while maintaining safety, reliability, and technical quality standards.
• Ability to work with internal accounting, purchasing, legal, commercial, engineering, and regional teams.
• Ability to follow and improve EPC Phase Gate work processes and formally close out projects.
