Non-Tech Project/Program Management (B2) (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan. Relocation eligible. Travel required approximately 25% of the time.

What you will do

• Support assigned project and program objectives, including defining outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource plans.
• Help deliver projects and programs according to product and process specifications, budgets, resource requirements, and schedules.
• Document project, program, and process development activities and communicate information across functional areas.
• Study new technologies and support the collection of materials and financial resource data.
• Follow company requirements for engineering and laboratory notebooks, patents, confidentiality, and safety.

Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge in the relevant discipline and the ability to broaden capabilities.
• Understanding of key business drivers and their application to assigned work.
• Ability to solve straightforward problems using technical experience, judgment, and established precedents.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly in straightforward situations.
• No supervisory responsibility; provides informal guidance to new team members.
• Ability to work in a clean-room and production environment, including extended standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, noise exposure, color distinction, and use of hand and power tools.
