Manager, Indirect Procurement

Location: Camden, New Jersey, USA; full-time onsite position

Target base salary: $110,700–$152,200 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute procurement strategies across more than $280 million in indirect SG&A spend, including Professional Services, Consulting, People & Culture, Travel, and Contingent Labor.
• Manage key supplier accounts, strengthen supplier relationships, and implement value enhancement and service improvement initiatives.
• Lead procurement programs, implementation plans, performance indicators, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze spend and market data to identify savings opportunities, forecast value, and assess risks.
• Lead the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle, including RFIs, RFPs, competitive bidding, supplier selection, and negotiations.
• Partner with stakeholders, Legal, suppliers, and procurement managers on contracts, governance, training, issue resolution, and business continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or relevant SG&A functions.
• Ability to travel 5–10%, mainly domestically, for manufacturing-site and supplier visits.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, negotiation, and contract-management skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and collaborate with senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; master's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in strategic vendor management and process improvement.
• Experience designing and implementing procurement transformation initiatives.
• Experience with procurement software, SAP, Ariba, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
