Performance Validation Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, United States. Relocation is available. Travel is not required.

Salary: $73,600–$106,200 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Develop, implement, maintain, and improve hot test equipment and processes.
• Support production troubleshooting for process and equipment issues affecting downtime and output.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
• Support new product development by creating efficient hot test systems integrating workers, machines, materials, and information.
• Design equipment, material, and workspace layouts using computer-aided drafting software.
• Develop equipment specifications and Statements of Work, qualify processes and equipment, maintain documentation, and support ISO reports and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of diverse manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools, strategies, and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to read and understand engineering drawings and documents.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or equivalent 2D drafting software.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills with careful attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain focus and flexibility.
