Manufacturing Engineer

Location: 13285 Temple Avenue, City of Industry, California, United States; onsite production-floor role

Salary: $90,000–$105,000 USD annually, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus or role-based sales incentive plan.

What you will do

• Provide real-time engineering support to production teams, addressing safety, quality, delivery, labor targets, process disruptions, and material constraints.
• Own standard work, labor standards, visual controls, process flow, ergonomics, layout, and material presentation for assigned production areas.
• Improve quality by reducing defects, customer escapes, scrap, rework, and process variation through mistake-proofing and verification methods.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including 6S and visual management, and drive small improvements with operators and production leads.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, EHSS, Facilities, and QA to improve execution, equipment reliability, and uptime.
• Rotate across production areas after gaining experience, initially supporting Pick/Pack operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, production engineering, or operations support.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
• Hands-on experience in high-volume or fulfillment-style operations is preferred.
• Comfort working directly on the production floor in a fast-paced onsite environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish capability is strongly preferred.
