Associate Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Bloomington, Illinois, United States; onsite at the Off-Road Tire manufacturing facility

Salary: $63,500.00–$98,400.00 per year

What you will do

• Conduct trials and experiments for new tire products and manufacturing processes.
• Analyze production and laboratory data, recommend process improvements, and prepare technical reports.
• Establish and maintain specifications and standards for materials, components, assembled products, and curing processes.
• Monitor compliance with process specifications and evaluate non-conforming products or materials.
• Investigate material, machine, and production issues using statistical analysis and data-driven root cause analysis.
• Support cross-functional teams, production management, technical leadership, and corporate technical teams.

Requirements

• Technical degree, preferably a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Engineering Technology, Material Science, or a similar science-related field; alternatively, 5+ years of experience in rubber or tire manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze production data, laboratory test results, and manufacturing methods.
• Employment in the United States requires completion of Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification.
• Temporary work authorization or the need for visa sponsorship may disqualify candidates.
