Chief of Staff to the Co-Heads of Global Investments

Location: Baltimore, Maryland, United States; hybrid work schedule with consistent in-office presence aligned with leadership needs.

Base salary: $225,000–$325,000 annually, with potential discretionary bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Represent the Co-Heads of Global Investments with senior leaders across Investments and enterprise functions.
• Build trusted relationships, connect stakeholders, surface issues, and influence alignment without direct authority.
• Shape agendas, briefings, and materials for investment leadership forums and other critical meetings.
• Review presentations, strategy updates, and executive communications for clarity, quality, strategic alignment, and audience readiness.
• Prioritize leadership calendars, requests, travel, events, pre-reads, and high-value engagements in partnership with senior executive assistants.

Requirements

• Well-established internal network across Investments, Distribution, and enterprise functions.
• Strong understanding of the Investments business and operating model.
• Experience with strategy development, executive presentations, client engagement, and translating complex work into decision-ready narratives.
• Ability to influence across multiple groups without direct authority and engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated judgment in assessing and improving executive-level materials.
• High availability, responsiveness, consistent in-office presence, and flexibility for intensive periods including nights and weekends when needed.

Nice to have

• Client-facing experience, particularly in external engagement contexts.
• CFA certification or equivalent investment expertise.
