Location: San Francisco, CA; hybrid work environment with defined in-person presence requirements

Salary: $185,000–$278,000 annually for San Francisco, CA. Additional salary ranges apply to other listed U.S. locations.

What you will do

• Lead a team of intelligence analysts identifying, analyzing, and predicting emerging risks, threats, regulatory trends, and critical events.
• Develop and maintain intelligence frameworks, collection strategies, standards, and dissemination practices across the full intelligence cycle.
• Set priorities and operational plans for strategic intelligence products, assessments, briefings, and communications.
• Build partnerships with hirify.global regulatory programs, member firms, law enforcement, and government intelligence partners.
• Translate complex intelligence into actionable insights and risk-mitigation strategies for senior leadership, regulatory staff, and external stakeholders.
• Represent Strategic Intelligence through panels, working groups, roundtables, training events, podcasts, workshops, and webinars.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience; an advanced degree in intelligence studies, public policy, business, or law is preferred.
• Experience at a broker-dealer, financial institution, or government agency focused on intelligence.
• Deep knowledge of advanced intelligence functions across multiple disciplines and the full intelligence cycle.
• Strong knowledge of hirify.global rules, federal securities laws, securities markets, and member firm operations.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, communication, organizational, leadership, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• hirify.global Securities Industry Essentials certification or an acceptable equivalent is required upon hire or within 16 months of the assigned training cohort start date.
