Chief of Staff to the CEO

Location: In-person at the New York City headquarters when not traveling; domestic and international travel up to 50% of the time. Offices are also listed in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Relocation support is provided.

Salary: $150,000–$225,000 base per year, plus equity and benefits.

hirify.global is a 60-person startup building Atlas, an AI platform that uses physics-grounded intelligence to verify, debug, and optimize hardware across its lifecycle.

What you will do

• Prepare the CEO for customer and prospect conversations with briefing documents covering hardware programs, pain points, meeting history, objectives, and anticipated questions.
• Join customer meetings, capture commitments, create follow-ups, and ensure action items are completed.
• Build customer presentations, pricing models, proposals, one-pagers, financial models, and internal communications materials.
• Coordinate engineering and go-to-market inputs and manage post-meeting customer deliverables.
• Conduct research and analysis on accounts, competitors, markets, and internal business metrics.
• Develop deep fluency in the company’s technology, customers, economics, and organization while supporting special projects and traveling with the CEO.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience, ideally including top-tier management consulting and work at a high-growth startup.
• Concrete interest or experience in hardware through coursework, a technical degree, personal projects, or work with hardware companies.
• Sound judgment, absolute discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive strategic, financial, and personnel information.
• Exceptional quality standards and the ability to produce clear, rigorous, visually clean decks, models, and documents quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication, storytelling, creative problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work demanding hours, operate without ego, pursue follow-through, and travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.
