What you will do
- Oversee internal review, approval, execution, tracking, and management of investigator-initiated, collaborative, and company-sponsored clinical studies.
- Develop and review study protocols and informed consents in collaboration with medical affairs, global development, and therapeutic area leads.
- Coordinate investigators, medical directors, safety, compliance, supply chain, R&D, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage study timelines, budgets, contracts, clinical supplies, deliverables, and risk mitigation activities.
- Support adverse event data tracking, regulatory documentation, data interpretation, and internal and external presentations or publications.
- Ensure compliance with internal standard operating procedures and applicable health authority regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
- At least 7 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including significant experience with investigator-initiated, collaborative, or company-sponsored trials.
- Knowledge of oncology is highly preferred.
- Proven presentation, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Ability to work from Horsham, Pennsylvania, with up to 10–15% travel.
