Base pay: $122,000–$212,750 annually, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus and long-term incentive program.

What you will do

  • Oversee internal review, approval, execution, tracking, and management of investigator-initiated, collaborative, and company-sponsored clinical studies.
  • Develop and review study protocols and informed consents in collaboration with medical affairs, global development, and therapeutic area leads.
  • Coordinate investigators, medical directors, safety, compliance, supply chain, R&D, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Manage study timelines, budgets, contracts, clinical supplies, deliverables, and risk mitigation activities.
  • Support adverse event data tracking, regulatory documentation, data interpretation, and internal and external presentations or publications.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standard operating procedures and applicable health authority regulations and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 7 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including significant experience with investigator-initiated, collaborative, or company-sponsored trials.
  • Knowledge of oncology is highly preferred.
  • Proven presentation, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Ability to work from Horsham, Pennsylvania, with up to 10–15% travel.

  • Contract management and negotiation experience.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Experience exploring emerging technologies such as AI and building responsible AI literacy within teams.
