Site Civil Engineer (PE)

Location: Bellevue or Olympia, Washington, United States

Salary: $80,168–$111,000 in Olympia or $89,880–$133,200 in Bellevue, annually.

What you will do

• Design and plan general civil engineering projects, including site layouts, horizontal and vertical control, grading, drainage, paving, and utilities.
• Prepare quantity calculations, specifications, contract documents, and project deliverables.
• Perform complex engineering assignments and make decisions on significant design procedures.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and supervise professional and technical staff as needed.
• Perform quality reviews in accordance with hirify.global Quality Management Systems requirements.
• Work concurrently on multiple projects with teams in different locations and serve as a technical specialist or project manager on mid-size projects when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years of general civil engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license required.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley OpenRoads Designer and/or related civil engineering software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Bluebeam.
• Demonstrated leadership, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
