Professional Civil Engineer (Civil Engineering)

Location: Hybrid position based in or around New Richmond, Wisconsin; client meetings may be required.

Base compensation: $85,000–$90,000 annually, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Lead high-visibility civil engineering projects and project teams.
• Provide technical advice and deliver quality, profitable civil projects.
• Manage client relationships and collaborate with clients, agencies, engineers, and technicians.
• Determine major project design decisions with clients.
• Represent hirify.global at project and public meetings.
• Prepare project approaches, scopes, fees, proposals, and project team selections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Registered Professional Engineer; candidates without a Wisconsin license must be able to obtain one upon hire.
• Must reside in or around New Richmond, Wisconsin.
• Previous design and/or construction experience on civil projects.
• Ability to attend client meetings as needed.
• Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Project management experience on civil engineering projects.
• Experience with municipal street and utility improvement projects across all project phases.
• AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience.
