Finance BP APAC

What you will do

• Partner with APAC commercial leadership and provide data-driven financial guidance.
• Develop KPI reporting, dashboards, financial models, and business performance analysis.
• Lead APAC annual operating plans, strategic planning, quarterly business reviews, and monthly forecasting.
• Evaluate distributor and partner performance and recommend actions to improve productivity and profitability.
• Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations for the Hong Kong entity, including closing, reporting, payables, receivables, general ledger, tax, and audits.
• Improve internal controls and resolve internal audit findings related to the Hong Kong entity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance, preferably in a multinational organization.
• Experience with full-cycle accounting and financial controllership.
• Strategic thinking, strong business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.

• APAC regional experience.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
