What you will do

• Design, implement, and improve internal control systems to ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations.
• Identify financial and operational risks and develop cross-functional mitigation plans.
• Coordinate and analyze SOX compliance efforts (Section 404) for the APMEA region.
• Support internal audits, evaluate control risk areas, and execute corrective actions to protect company assets.
• Periodically review regional policies, including delegation of authority and T&E policies.
• Participate in growth projects including M&A, post-acquisition integration, and ERP implementations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in CPA firms and corporate roles, preferably in manufacturing and US MNCs.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA, ACCA, or MBA is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of SOX section 404, GAAP, and internal control frameworks.
• Proven track record in risk management and internal/external auditing.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP S4/Hana, QAD, Infor, Dynamic 365), HFM, and BI tools.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
