What you will do

• Complete rotations across order to cash, procurement to payment, revenue recognition, commercial finance, and FP&A.
• Support billing, accounts receivable, vendor payments, expenses, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Analyse project performance, revenue, costs, utilisation, margins, profitability, and working capital.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, dashboards, management reporting, and scenario modelling.
• Contribute to finance transformation, systems implementation, process standardisation, and operational improvement.
• Collaborate with Finance leaders, Partners, consultants, client-facing teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders across the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities, with high attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Adaptability, resilience, ownership, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to build a long-term career in finance and business leadership.
