What you will do
- Lead financial analysis, forecasting, variance explanations, and regional performance management across APAC markets.
- Support international finance and treasury activities, including cash visibility, liquidity analysis, and balance sheet management.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations for regional and global stakeholders.
- Analyze intercompany activity, capital transactions, and treasury datasets to provide actionable business insights.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits and drive process efficiency and standardization across regional finance operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Typically 6–8 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, balance sheet management, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Ability to analyze large, complex datasets and translate findings into clear business insights.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP or financial reporting systems.
- Business-level English is required; the role is based in one of the listed APAC countries.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or MBA in Finance or a related discipline.
- Experience with international or regional finance operations, treasury, cash management, or intercompany accounting.
- Experience in a multinational, matrixed organization.
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent finance certification.
