Assistant Analyst, FP&A (Retail)

Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong

What you will do

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance analysis reports.
• Prepare regional management reports and ensure compliance with group policies.
• Report and analyze business performance and follow up on budget deviations.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting for Asia retail, wholesale, and travel retail businesses.
• Complete ad hoc analyses and contribute to special projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• At least 1 year of experience in financial planning, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and International Accounting Standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese are required.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
