FP&A Analyst

Location: Hong Kong, China; hybrid working model with onsite and work-from-home arrangements

What you will do

• Prepare monthly management reports, financial dashboards, and support month-end closing activities across the APAC region.
• Analyze financial performance, investigate and reconcile variances against budgets and forecasts, and provide actionable insights.
• Support APAC budgeting and forecasting by consolidating and validating submissions from different departments.
• Maintain planning templates and forecasting models, including variance analysis to identify key business drivers.
• Manage data uploads, updates, and reporting processes to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis, reporting enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a sizeable company; experience with multinational or Hong Kong-listed entities is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and large datasets.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle is preferred; knowledge of Power BI, OneStream, and SQL is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with high attention to accuracy and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Good written and spoken English and Mandarin are required. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
